Agility CenterPoint

It is more efficient to reuse existing stacks than to build new ones for newly developed applications. But until ServiceMesh’s Agility CenterPoint, reusing existing stacks was difficult because architects and developers usually couldn’t find existing stacks that matched their workloads. Agility CenterPoint provides a central repository where users publish existing stacks. After developing a new stack using Agility Factory, an architect can make it available in Agility CenterPoint. Before building a new stack, architects can search Agility CenterPoint to determine whether existing stacks meet their requirements. After finding a matching stack, an enterprise consumer can use Agility Manager or Agility Factory to manage it as if s/he had built it from scratch.  Consumers can even customize matching stacks further and ‘re-publish’ them  into the catalog for others to find and use. Agility CenterPoint implements a true community interaction model in which consumers can rate and comment on existing CenterPoint stacks. Stack developers can respond to comments and update popular stacks to incorporate community feedback and interested consumers can sign up for notifications regarding stack changes. The result is a dynamic, growing catalog of well-designed enterprise assets that speed new application delivery; help deliver maximum business agility; and lower development costs.
