Earlier this month, ServiceMesh was exhibiting, speaking and providing demos of our Agility Platform at Cloud Computing Expo 2011 in Santa Clara. I watched several different product demos during the conference, and many vendors were trying to position their products for the enterprise market. However, it was quickly evident that most vendors were just messaging enterprise-grade capabilities rather than demoing them. More specifically, the vast majority were showing their product’s particular flavor of infrastructure-centric provisioning and orchestration, rather than demonstrating capabilities that actually address the breadth of enterprise cloud needs.
In comparison, ServiceMesh was able to demo the Agility Platform with real world, enterprise-proven capabilities that address cloud governance, SLA management, lifecycle management, security, and portability to implement complex application topologies across different private and public clouds.
